FIRST DROP DINNER & MASTER CLASS
Matt Gant, Wine Maker and one half of the dynamic duo behind 'generation next' winery First Drop, will be heading north next month to host a dinner and Barossa Master Class in the Dining Room at Grand Central Hotel
The Master Class will focus on the Barossa sub-regions and feature First Drop's three 'Fat of the Land' Shiraz's, each of which hails from a different area in the Barossa Valley (Greenock, Seppeltsfield and Ebenezer).
The dinner will feature....well....steak of course! However the Chefs will also be whipping up an entree and a dessert.
While we're calling this a Master Class, don't be scared off by the term as we'll really just be having a good time, drinking some fantastic wine and learning a bit about it as we go.
